About Us

HnR breeds, races, and sells Thoroughbreds with an emphasis on Kentucky and the Mid-Atlantic. The operation is approaching the $15 million mark in combined purse and sales proceeds.

We bred 2016 Breeders’ Cup champion, Eclipse Award winner, and Pennsylvania Horse of the Year Finest City, and campaigned Living the Life (IRE) to millionaire status and multiple graded stakes wins on two continents.

HnR re-headquartered to Versailles, Kentucky in 2024 and refreshed the racing stable in 2025 — shifting from a homebred focus to acquiring pedigreed yearling and two-year-old fillies.
