On the 7th Anniversary of Living the Life’s win over 10 male horses in the Grade 3 one mile All American Stakes, HnR Horseracing has published a short video with highlights of Living the Life (IRE)’s special day.
This race was Living the Life (IRE)’s 33rd start and resulted in her 10th win. Next time out in her attempt to win the Grade 2 Master’s Stakes 3 times in a row, she finished 2nd by a head and did not hit the board in her last race of 2016. In training at Santa Anita to run in the Breeders’ Cup Sprint, Living the Life (IRE) sustained a career ending ankle injury and subsequently retired to HnR broodmare duty in Kentucky.
