Prodigy Doll, Stakes Winning 5 year old Mare by Shanghai Bobby o/o Hi Lili, and Sgt Reckless USMC, 4 year old filly by Shackleford o/o Fly Down Too, worked 28 Jan 2023 at Fair Hill Training Center for trainer Phil Schoenthal.
Coming off an impressive Allowance win two weeks ago, Prodigy Doll is prepping for her next race, likely The Barbara Fritchie Grade 3 February 18t. Finishing a strong 5th last year, only one other participant remains in training this year. The Doll worked 6fl in 1.14.6 on the All Weather Track.
Sgt Reckless USMC had to overcome and injury before making her first start at the end of her 3 year old season. Sgt Reckless USMC has been ready for her 2nd start for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, Sgt Reckless USMC has been entered several times in races that have not filled. Phil even entered her agains the boys, but the race did not go. Fingers crossed.
